We schedule sleep studies 7  nights a week and offer several locations for your convenience.

 Provent Sleep Apnea Therapy is a prescription-only therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

We are accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). 

Prepare for a Sleep Study

To ensure quality testing:

  • Avoid naps the day of testing
  • No caffeine after 3:00 p.m. (such as soda, tea, coffee, chocolate, etc).
  • Have your hair and skin free of oil and products.
  • Take your usual medications, unless otherwise instructed by your physician. (Do not take any sleep aid until you are instructed by the sleep technologist on the night of your study).

Other helpful instructions:


  • Do wear comfortable loose fitting bedtime attire.  (Wear what your are comfortable sleeping in such as shorts, and T-shirt)
  • Do leave your jewelry, computer and other valuables at home the night of your study.
  • Do turn off your cell phone once you arrive at the center for your study.
  • Do arrange your schedule so your sleep study may be completed. (9:30 pm to 6:30 am)

Do not

  • Do not bring your own pillows or blankets.  We do have a selection of pillows for your comfort.
  • Do not wear anything tight around your ankles.
  • Do not wear perfume, cologne, or other scented products.
  • Do not wear polish, acrylic, or artificial nails on the index finger.
  • Do not wear silk or satin clothing.

If you have a hair piece, weaves, extensions, or other artificial hair, please contact our office for clarification on instructions.
